Begin your Advanced Search by selecting a Status from the top row
(Note - you can change it to a different status if desired; or, you can change to a different status on the next screen)

There are four combinations of searches that can be performed from this screen:

1. You can search for tariff leaves by Company name by clicking on the radio buttons
   next to By Company and Leaves.
2. You can search for Supplements, Statements and/or Addenda by company name by
   clicking on the radio buttons next to By Company and Supplements, Statements
   and/or Addenda.
3. You can search for tariff leaves by Case Number by clicking on the radio buttons next
   to By Case Number and Leaves.
4. You can search for Supplements, Statements and/or Addenda by Case Number by
   clicking on the radio buttons next to By Company and Supplements, Statements
   and/or Addenda.

After you choose your search criteria, click on the Continue button to continue the search.
