Search Menu Help
There are four major options on the search menu:
-
Company Name Lists
Get an alphabetical list of all companies in that industry, with that status.
For example, if you want to see all the Pending documents for Gas,
you would:
1. go down to the "Gas" row and click the "Pending" link.
2. On the resulting page, there will be one row per company-and-tariff-number.
3. In each of those rows, there will be a link for each existing document type.
(For instance, if the company has no "Addenda," that column will be blank.)
-
PSC Case Number
All documents associated with a specific case number; this includes effective,
pending, and cancelled status.
Filings that will go before the Public Service Commission are assigned a
"case number." Some case numbers represent a single filing from a single company. Other
case numbers represent multiple filings, from several different companies. Case numbers
are often found in Commission documents and press releases. Their format is:
01-A-1234 (a two-digit year; one letter; four numbers).

Advanced Search
Restrict your search via specific criteria.
For example: specific leaf numbers, statement/supplement/addenda types,
date ranges, or any combination of these.
-
Submission ID Number
Each Electronic Tariff filing has a unique identifying number.
These "Submission ID" numbers are all digits; for example,
2601035. If you know the ID number, you can search for all documents
that were included in that specific filing. This will retrieve all of
its documents no matter what their current status (effective, pending, cancelled).
Utility companies only:
You can find the submission ID number in the email that DPS sent you when your
filing was accepted. The number will be contained in the subject line.
For example, "Accepted Tariff: Submission 2601035"
