From the ETS Home page you can click on:

• Home - You will always be able to return to this Home Tariff System Home page by clicking on this link.
• Search - Will take you to the search page from which you can perform searches for particular tariffs
• FAQ's and announcements - Will take you to answers to Frequently Asked Questions and announcements about the system.
• Registered Users - Will bring you to a section of the system reserved for Utilities submitting tariffs.  This portion of the system is not open to the public.

How do I get more specific help?
    From the ETS Home Page, click on the link the appropriate link, from the resulting page, click on the Help link.  For example, to get help about Searching for a tariff, click on the Search link and then click on the Help link that you will see on the Search page.
